Amarati Cigars at intertabac - Germany
Amarati Cigars, a Dubai-based luxury cigar brand, made its remarkable debut at the prestigious InterTabac Exhibition in Dortmund, Germany, showcasing a new collection that embodies the brand’s dedication to quality and innovation. Founded by Amer Al-Tamimi, a visionary with over 45 years of smoking experience, Amarati Cigars merges the traditions of Central American craftsmanship with the vibrant luxury of Dubai. Amer’s passion for cigars led him to meticulously source premium tobacco from Nicaragua, ensuring that every Amarati cigar represents the pinnacle of quality.
Each blend in the Amarati collection tells a story, from the calming Sol Azul, inspired by a serene moment on the Côte d’Azur, to Letter to a Father, which reflects a deep familial connection during the harvest season. These cigars are meticulously crafted in Nicaragua, with a blend of carefully selected tobaccos to offer a rich and complex smoking experience. With Dubai as its home, Amarati aims to position itself as a global leader in the cigar industry, embracing both tradition and modern luxury.
All four cigars use an Ecuadorian habano wrapper, though the binder and filler blends are different between the cigars. That said, all of that tobacco is Nicaraguan, coming from the Estelí, Jalapa, Pueblo Nuevo and Somoto regions.
The brand was shown off at InterTabac 2024, a trade show focused on international distributors. It will exhibit at the 2025 PCA Convention, which takes place between April 12-14 in New Orleans, USA.
